At Döchmens Pharma, every product is manufactured under strict GMP, DRAP, and ISO standards — and we stand fully behind the quality of what we ship. However, we understand that situations arise, and we want you to shop with complete confidence.
This policy applies to all orders placed on www.dochmens.com and covers standard returns, damaged goods, incorrect items, and online payment refunds.
What Can Be Returned?
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:
• Return request is initiated within 7 days of receiving your order
• The item is unopened, unused, and in its original condition
• The item is in its original packaging with all seals and labels intact
• You have your order number or proof of purchase available
• The item has not been tampered with or damaged after delivery
⚠️ Please Note: Opened or partially used supplement products cannot be accepted for return due to health and safety regulations.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, and regulatory compliance, the following are not eligible for return unless received damaged or defective:
• Supplement tablets or syrups that have been opened or partially consumed
• Products with broken seals or removed protective packaging
• Items purchased during special sales, clearance, or promotional events marked as final sale
• Products explicitly marked as "Non-Returnable" on the product listing page

⚠️ Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product).
Damaged, Defective or Wrong Items
We carefully inspect every order before dispatch. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please:
• Do not use or discard the item
• Take clear photos or a short video clearly showing the issue
• Contact us via WhatsApp at +92 300 070 7152 within 48 hours of delivery
• Share your order number along with the photos or video
Upon verification, we will arrange a free pickup and offer you a full replacement or complete refund — whichever you prefer. We cover all return shipping costs in these cases.
⚠️ Time-Sensitive: Damage or defect claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Claims reported after this window may not be accepted.
Exchanges & Replacements
We are happy to exchange a product for a different variant if available in stock. To request an exchange:
• Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
• Clearly mention the variant or product you would like instead
• Return the original item unused and in original condition
• Once received and inspected, your replacement will be dispatched within 2–3 business days
Return Shipping Costs
• Damaged, defective, or wrong item shipped → Döchmens covers full return shipping cost
• Change of mind → Customer is responsible for return shipping cost
• Product not as expected → Contact us; evaluated on a case-by-case basis
⚠️ Do not send any item back without first receiving a Return Authorisation (RA) from our team. Unauthorised returns may not be processed.
Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible:
• Before dispatch: We can cancel immediately and issue a full refund (online payments) or void the COD order
• After dispatch: Order cannot be cancelled once shipped. Follow the standard return process upon delivery

Haven't Received Your Refund?
If you have been notified of an approved refund but have not received the funds yet, please follow these steps:
1. Check your bank account or mobile wallet again — processing can take a few business days
2. Contact your bank or payment provider to confirm on their end
3. If you still have not received your refund after 10 business days, contact us directly via WhatsApp — we will provide a transaction reference
